Basement: Recreation room repurposed as a lounge room, workshop, locker rooms, and storage room. Building Construction Wood-frame construction utilizing 4-inch wood framing. Exterior finish consisting of vinyl siding. Flat, insulated, vented roof assembly. Vinyl double-glazed windows throughout. Mechanical Systems Electric baseboard heating serving individual residential suites. Centralized electric hot water tanks providing domestic hot water. Ventilation Systems The original ventilation system consists of: Two (2) gas-fired make-up air units; Washroom exhaust fans; and One (1) recreation room exhaust fan.
