he City of Tempe is planning the Dorsey Station Affordable Housing Complex at 1338 E. Apache Boulevard. The project will replace a demolished shopping center with a six-story mixed-income multifamily development containing approximately 400 residential units, with 90% designated as affordable housing, plus a 10,000-square-foot grocery store on the ground floor. The development will be constructed on an 8-acre site and is expected to begin construction later this year
