Greenville Water (GW) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified engineering consulting firms ("Consultant" or "Firm") interested in providing professional engineering services for the development of a comprehensive Facilities Master Plan Update. The selected firm will evaluate existing water system infrastructure, project future system needs, update hydraulic modeling, and develop a prioritized Capital Improvement Program (CIP) to support Greenville Water's long-term planning objectives through approximately 2055.\n\nThis procurement is being conducted as a qualifications-based selection process. Greenville Water intends to select the most qualified firm and subsequently negotiate scope, schedule, and fee. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway.
