Caltrans is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms that may lead to the award of a contract for A&E On-call Structure Construction (Office E) Engineering and Inspection Services, District 07 and D12. In submitting your SOQ, you shall comply with the instructions found herein. In addition to those programs that are specified in this solicitation, prospective consultants are encouraged to consider programs that are available, such as those for the use of small businesses, disadvantaged businesses, disabled veteran businesses, new emerging firms, and other businesses covered by State and Federal programs. Questions concerning this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) must be submitted in writing to the attention of Alma Cortez at alma.cortez@dot.ca.gov. Questions must be received no later than seven (7) business days after the RFQ advertisement. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway. The estimated contract is $20,675,328 - $33,597,408. 0% Participation Goal Required. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
