Construction of a pavilion in Memorial Park. Any questions, call (870) 734-4060. The City of Brinkley has developed a new cemetery, Memorial Park. In Memorial Park is a dedicated space (44 x 44) for a pavilion. The City of Brinkley is seeking bids for the construction of that pavilion. The pavilion shall be 42 feet long and 40 feet wide. The pavilion shall be oriented so that the length shall run roughly north and south. The foundation of the pavilion "floor" shall be concrete with sides/edges 12 inches deep and 8 inches in the "interior" with appropriate rebar/support. The 3 sides shall be sloped. The south end shall be enclosed with a wall constructed of cinder block and faced with brick. There shall be at least 4 electrical outlets on this wall. (There should already be electricity at the site where the pavilion is to be constructed.) On the south wall/end there shall be a "closet" on each end (left and right, or east and west) measuring 4 feet by 4 feet and constructed out of the same materials as the end wall with a door that can be locked. The other 3 sides shall be open, except for corner supports on the north end and/or sides as needed. The eave of the roof shall be 2 feet inset from the foundation, and the peak of the roof shall be 2 feet above the eave (a slope of 1:12 giving a peak 1'-8" higher than the eave). The roofing panels being 26 ga PBR. There shall be 2 outdoor/commercial ceiling fans installed. 16, 15 foot benches - steel, powder coated - bolted to the concrete foundation.
