Supply, installation and commissioning of mechanical and electrical components, including pumps, piping, valves, vent pipes, control panel, level regulators, electrical service pole, transfer switch, external generator plug, meter panel, and hatch assembly. Work also includes electrical building upgrades, pressure washing/repairs of the chamber, and final site grading. The project involves the following work items, but not limited to: 1.Pumping down of existing lift station chamber. Contractor to note that the existing pumps in the station are not working properly. Once station is pumped down and washed a detailed assessment of the chamber is to be completed. Contractor to complete any noted repairs which will be covered under the cash allowance. 2. Contractor to install benching in eth existing manhole. 3. Contractor will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining sanitary sewage flow during installation of new equipment. 4. Remove existing lift station pumps , piping, valves and electrical equipment and other materials noted on the drawings. 5. Decommission existing overflow pipe. 6. Supply, install and commission new sanitary sewer lift station pumps, piping, valves, electrical and other materials noted on the drawings to provide a functional system.
