Work may include: Emergency repairs and urgent corrective work. General residential repair, remodeling and rehabilitation. Carpentry, framing, drywall, flooring, doors, windows, trim, cabinets, stairs, porches, ramps and railings. Masonry and concrete repairs, including foundations, chimneys , steps, walkways and retaining walls. Roofing, flashing, underlayment, sheathing, gutters, downspouts, roof ventilation and incidental demolition. Plumbing, heating, HVAC, ventilation, water heaters , piping, fixtures, leaks and drainagerelated work. Painting, surface preparation, priming, sealing, caulking, repainting and incidental surface repair. Mold, asbestos, vermin, debris removal and other environmental/hazard mitigation work where properly licensed/certified.
