Description

Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Flint, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Reference Number 0000434765 Sidewalk replacement project involving the removal and replacement of concrete sidewalk panels. Services will include the construction and reconstruction of residential sidewalks in the City of Flint during construction season from July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2029 (April - November). The scope of work will include replacing the main sidewalks in front of residential properties . The scope of work does not include replacing the driveway approach, however, sidewalks through the driveway will be included in the scope of work. The City of Flint will pay 100% of the replacement cost for selected handicap ramps as determined by the City of Flint's Right-of-Way Enforcement Officers.
