Complete roof replacement at Hall County Jail. The Hall County Jail is experiencing active leaks in its roof. The awarded Contractor shall remove and dispose of all roofing and insulation materials and replace with new insulation and 60 mill white TPO. This is a turnkey project. The awarded Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to complete the project. The awarded Contractor shall also: oRemove and dispose of all old roofing and insulation materials o Prepare deck for new insulation board / dens deck / roofing Install insulation board to equal (R-30) to meet code requirements Install Dens Deck to add strength to roof surface Install crickets where necessary to divert water to roof drains and have (No) standing water on roof surface oInstall (white) 60 mill TPO attached to deck per manufacture's requirements oInstall TPO perimeter enhancement sheets (where applicable) and fasten to meet code and manufactures' requirements o Install walkways to AC units for servicing oAll vertical TPO i.e. curbs , parapets, walls, etc. to be fully adhered with bonding adhesive per manufacture's requirements oHeat weld all TPO seams per manufacture's requirements oTerminate TPO with TPO drip edge (where applicable) Reseal all roof penetrations i.e. curbs, pitch pans etc. Install all new pipe boots Replace (all metal coping and drip edge metal as necessary) o Reattach all lightning protection i.e. lightning rods , wire, brackets etc. o Include 20yr manufactures warranty oInclude 5yr workmanship warranty Question Deadline 09/07/2026 All communications must be directed solely to Mike Hawkins, Issuing Officer at mhawkins@hallcounty.org for questions or clarifications of the RFQ/P requirements.
