Description

Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Key West Nas, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Installation and replacement of stormwater infrastructure including piping, catch basins, manholes, water quality sediment removal structure, and a new permitted outlet structure. Bid Bond 5% Question Deadline 09/11/2026 at 3:00 PM ET Questions from potential and/or actual Proposers regarding this ITB shall be directed in writing by email , to the Procurement Contact email Any request for information concerning this project must be made in writing, per City of Key West Ordinance Section 2-773, Cone of Silence, to Lucas Torres-Bull , Procurement Manager, at lucas.torresbull@cityofkeywest-fl.gov. The City of Key West is requesting bids from qualified individuals or firms to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the CDBG-MIT Agreement MT051 Harris & 10th Street Stormwater Improvement Project. The project includes the installation or replacement of stormwater piping and catch basins, a new outfall at Lake McKillip with associated water-quality features, and raising and reprofiling approximately 750 linear feet of 10th Street bordering the lake.
