Installation of permeable paver parking, porous walkways, rain gardens and native planting beds, rainwater harvesting, site lighting, and related site work. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond. The work involves the provision of labor, materials, supervision, vehicles, equipment, and materials, and related work required to install various green infrastructure and other improvements as detailed in the specifications. The work will be performed outside of IELD's office 272 High Street, Ispwich, MA. Description and Location and Work IELD is a municipal light plant providing electric services to customers in the Town of Ipswich, MA. The work consists of the provision of labor, materials, vehicles, and services in connection with installing various green infrastructure strategies at the IELD office building ("Work"). The Work shall include mobilization and demobilization, permeable paver parking with granite curbing, stop blocks, overflow drain pipes and paint designations for parking spaces, rain garden with native plantings, downspout drain pipe connections, drain pipe conveyance system, nontoxic timber edging, (2) rain barrels with a drip irrigation system, a 500 gallon above ground rainwater tank with a drip irrigation system, porous asphalt walkways with steps, planting beds with native plants, flag pole and (3) lamp posts with underground electric conduit. Existing vegetation will be protected and remain to the greatest extent possible. All work will be performed at the IELD office building property.
