The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes the following: 1. Mint Building Façade Lighting: a. Removal of all existing façade lighting as noted on the drawings including Spring Garden Street basement roof mounted façade uplighting, handrail lighting, uplighting for colonnade at main entrance, and all associated wiring and boxes. b. Provision of conduits for power and control wiring as noted on the drawings. C. Provision of remote power supplies as noted on the drawings. d. Provision of electrical panel boards as noted on the drawings e. Provision of new façade lighting fixtures as noted on the drawings, including f. all required installation hardware, roof mounting blocks and wiring. Coordination with architect for exact location of fixtures and appropriate mounting approach. g. Provision of lighting control system h. Final cleaning. The Contractor is required to comply with the guidelines and requirements set forth by the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP), in accordance with Attachment 2-RACP Compliance Guidelines. All Bids must be accompanied by a bond with corporate surety or certified check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid. Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract Sum will be required from the lowest, responsible bidder for each Contract.
