Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Lebanon, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.

Provide all labor, materials, equipment and services required for demolition as shown on the Drawings and specified herein. The work shall consist of designing, furnishing , installing, monitoring and testing of the Aggregate Piers to meet the performance criteria presented in these specifications. In connection with the Aggregate Pier program, as shown on the drawings, the Aggregate Pier contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to accomplish the following items of work. Pre-drilling of holes as necessary and stockpiling / disposal of spoil material per Division 31 , "Earth Moving." Construction of the Aggregate Piers to the lines and grades on the construction drawings, shop drawings and the delegated design drawings. It shall be the Aggregate Pier contractor's responsibility to determine and implement the systems and criteria to ensure that the specified design performance is achieved. Question Deadline 09/17/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing via email to rcarr@kyengr.com. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Installation of a new granular activated carbon(GAC) filtration facility and an onsite generation disinfection system.
