Provide all labor, materials, tools, parts, equipment, permits, testing, travel, supervision, and project management necessary to remove and replace fifteen (15) pharmacy fire-rated security doors at multiple Department of Veterans Affairs pharmacy locations. Work includes assessment and inspection of existing doors, furnishing and installing 90-minute fire-rated security doors, door frames, mounting hardware, mortise Grade 1 locks, powered strikers, door electronics, and mechanically assisted door operation devices where required. The contractor shall ensure proper integration with access control systems, card readers, keypads, automatic door operators, and fire and life-safety requirements. Services include door surveys, testing, certification, installation, inspections, documentation, quality control, infection-control compliance, safety management, maintenance records, service reporting, and emergency service support. All work shall be performed by qualified personnel with appropriate AAADM certifications and in accordance with applicable ANSI, NFPA, UL, OSHA, and related industry standards. The contractor shall provide complete project coordination, system testing, operational verification, and required documentation to ensure all installed doors function safely and meet security and fire protection requirements.
