Design and construction of approximately 7,900 linear feet of high-pressure waterline and associated infrastructure on the southeast side of Kirtland Air Force Base (KAFB). The project will provide a robust and reliable water supply from Pump Station 2 (PS2) to the SOR and HERTF reservoirs by replacing and upgrading existing water distribution infrastructure. Work includes installation of an 8-inch Class 350 Ductile Iron Pipe (DIP) waterline with cement-mortar lining and asphaltic seal coat, along with all associated valves, fittings, appurtenances, and control systems. The project also includes upgrading the existing control system to incorporate SCADA capabilities for the newly installed water system. Additional requirements include furnishing and installing a portable hoist for pump and motor maintenance, a new 15,000-gallon tank with booster pumps upstream of Pump Station 2, and a new 5,000-gallon tank with a pre-packaged pump station at the SOR site. The completed system shall support reliable water delivery, monitoring, operational control, and maintenance activities for the facilities served by the reservoirs.
