Site work for a water / sewer project in Bend, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Inspect, clean, rehabilitate, and restore the potable water well serving the Lava Lands Visitor Center. The well is experiencing persistent sediment production that is damaging plumbing fixtures, increasing maintenance requirements, and reducing overall system reliability. The existing 20 HP well pump and associated equipment have exceeded their typical service life and require replacement. Work includes performing a video well survey, conducting well cleaning and rehabilitation, diagnosing sediment-related issues, replacing the existing well pump, and replacing any related components necessary to return the water system to reliable operation. The objective is to restore clean, dependable potable water service, protect facility infrastructure, and reduce ongoing maintenance demands. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and incidentals necessary to complete the work. All services must be performed by a licensed water-supply well constructor in accordance with applicable Oregon Health Authority regulations and Oregon Administrative Rules.
