Installation of sixteen (16) Owner-furnished large bubble accumulator mixers within the anaerobic and swing zones of Aeration Basin No. 2 and Aeration Basin No. 3, including furnishing and installing piping, valves, and appurtenances for a complete and functional installation. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. SEJPA issues this Request for Bids (RFB) in order to solicit proposals from qualified respondents for the following services , supplies, materials and/or equipment: Installation of sixteen (16 ) Owner-furnished large bubble accumulator mixers within the anaerobic and swing zones of Aeration Basin No. 2 and Aeration Basin No. 3 at the San Elijo Water Campus at 2695 Manchester Avenue, Cardiff, CA 92007. Furnish and install piping, valves, and appurtenances for a complete and functional installation of the large bubble accumulator mixers. Any inquiries and other communications concerning this RFB (collectively referred to as RFIs) must be submitted through Planet Bidsby no later than 9/15/2026 at 5:00 P.M. Pacific Daylight time.
