Terminal Drive, Odessa, Texas. The project consists of providing a complete turnkey hangar door system to replace the existing 100 -foot by 28-foot hangar door opening Ector County is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors to furnish all labor, supervision, engineering, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, permits, and incidentals necessary to provide a complete turnkey replacement aircraft hangar door system for an existing hangar at Schlemeyer Field Airport in Odessa, Texas. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to: A. Verify all field dimensions and existing conditions prior to fabrication B. Provide engineering and design services necessary to ensure compatibility with the existing hangar structure. C. Fabricate one ( 1) replacement aircraft hangar door meeting the project specifications. D. Deliver all materials and equipment to Schlemeyer Field Airport. E. Install the replacement hangar door, including all required tracks, hardware, supports, framing modifications, weather seals , operators, controls, safety devices, electrical components, and accessories necessary to provide a complete, fully operational system. F. Perform all adjustments, operational testing, and commissioning of the completed door system. G. Provide operation and maintenance manuals, warranty documentation, and any required closeout documents. H. Coordinate all work with Ector County and Airport personnel to minimize disruption to airport operations. I. Remove all construction debris and leave the project site in a clean condition upon completion.
