Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in North Tonawanda, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project consists of the construction of various streetscape improvements along Oliver Street, from Sweeney Street to Thompson Street. Improvements include sidewalk replacement, roadway milling and resurfacing, pavement restoration and striping, drainage improvements, decorative concrete, lighting, and landscaping, as noted in the Bidding Documents dated August 2026 Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All questions or requests for information must be submitted by 2:00 PM on September 15, 2026 Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing to the Architect/Engineer. Document Notes: If you would like a set of Bidding Documents mailed to you, please provide an additional non-refundable check for $25.00 per set (or actual shipping cost, if higher) payable to Rotolite Elliott. Upon receipt of payment, Rotolite Elliott will mail Bidding Documents to you. The date that the Bidding Documents are mailed by Rotolite Elliott will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents.
