The following describes the requirements for the construction of concrete landing pads at two locations where transit bus vehicles exceeding 4,500 kg gross vehicle weight are present within the City of Hamilton; or as required for new roadway construction and rehabilitation Work within the municipal right-of-way. The additional Work required is for removal of interlock brick, sidewalk/boulevard removal and replacement, roadway asphalt repairs and curb removal and replacement. The Work shall include all labour, equipment and materials necessary for: a) Sidewalk and boulevards; b) Exposed concrete road; and c) Curb removal and replacement.
