The Contractor shall coordinate all work with the Owner and School representatives and make necessary adjustments to accommodate school activities, events, deliveries, and other site operations. Main Street Elementary School: The work generally consists of milling and resurfacing the existing parking area and restriping the parking lot in accordance with the Contract Documents and Plans. The work shall also include, but not be limited to, the installation of new concrete curb, concrete sidewalk, ADAcompliant curb ramps, dumpster enclosure improvements, and all other incidental work necessary to provide a complete project.
