The successful Bidder shall furnish and install all materials, equipment and labor which is reasonably inferable and necessary for the proper completion of the Work specified in this ITB, whether specifically indicated in the ITB or not. The successful Bidder shall furnish all shop drawings, work drawings, labor, materials, equipment, tools, services and incidentals necessary to complete all Work required by these Specifications. The successful Bidder shall perform the Work complete, in place and ready for continuous service and shall include any repairs, replacements, and / or restoration required as a result of damages caused prior to acceptance by the City. This project is partially funded by a DOC grant. The City, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and waive any and all bids in noncompliance with formalities or informalities, if such rejection or waiver would be in the public interest, as determined by the City.
