Renovation of a museum in Santa Paula, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.

Installation of new HVAC units and accessories and bringing the Oil Museum up to current code compliance. The purpose of this scope of work is to request quotes for the replacement of the HVAC system . Below are the line items which require cost estimates: 1.0 Installation of new curbs to meet current industry standards. Curbs must receive approval from project manager prior to installation. 1.1 Install new wood curbs at roof for new condensing units, new HVAC unit and new exhaust fan locations. 2.0 Provide and install new HVAC System for entire building, including both floors . All equipment must be UL/ETL listed, AHRI certified, and approved by project manager prior to installation. 2.1 Provide and install new HVAC units, pads, curbs, and bracing as noted on plans. 2.1.1 2.1.2 2.1.3 2.1.4 2.1.5 2.1.6 2.1.7 Unit "A" - Iron Room Packaged RTU 3.5 Tons 1 Phase 208/230V. Unit "B" - North Hall Packaged RTU 5 Tons 1 Phase 208/230V Unit "C" - South Hall Packaged RTU 5 Tons 1 Phase 208/230V. Unit "D"- South Gallery Packaged RTU 5 Tons 1 Phase 208/230V. Unit "E" - Second Floor North Wing Packaged RTU 4 Tons 3 Phase 208/230V. Unit "F" - Second Floor South Wing Packaged RTU 4 Tons 3 Phase 208/230V. Unit "G" - Second Floor East Wing Packaged RTU 4 Tons 3 Phase 208/230V. 2.2 Provide and install new conduit, condensate lines, switches and electrical connections as required for current code compliance. 2.3 Contractor to make all final connections and verify all systems are operational. 2.4 Provide and install 5 new exhaust fans (120V, single phase, 250 CFM ). 2.5 Provide and install aluminum base pipe flashing at all pipe penetrations. 2.6 Reseal existing ductwork using Aeroseal. 3.0 Remove all trash and debris from the work site. Construction debris must be removed from the building interior as well. Any asbestos containing materials must follow required procedures for disposal. Additional Info: o o o Project will be Prevailing Wage and requires DIR registration. Project to be completed to accepted industry standards, all current applicable Building and Safety codes for compliance of building and site improvements. Contractor and all sub-contractors are required to maintain a clean job site at all times including but not limited to: removal of all trash and excess materials daily, all construction areas to be swept daily and kept generally free of litter, excess materials and waste. o Contractor to ensure job site is secure at all times. At NO time shall the job site be unlocked and accessible to the general public . All doors to remain locked, alarmed and opened only in coordination with City Maintenance staff and/or Project Manager. Upon completion of work, contractor to repair all damaged items and areas caused during construction. o Number of days required to complete the work is 15. Work hours are from 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday Bonds: 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond.
