Refurbishment of the therapy pool at Splash in the Boro Waterpark The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment and perform all of the work for the Project described as Therapy Pool - This pool measures approximately 75 feet x 32 feet. The depth ranges from 3 feet at the shallow end to a maximum of 5 feet at the deep end. The volume of this pool is approximately 72,000 gallons. The County will drain the pool, remove handrails, floor drains, chair lifts, and skimmers. Installation of all materials and workmanship shall be per the manufacturer's specifications. Cover all drains, inlets, and skimmers to prevent all debris from entering pool piping during the duration of work. The contractor is responsible for removal and proper disposal of all construction debris from the job site. Remove all existing plaster, lane tiles, and depth marking tiles on entry steps. Leave water line tiles. Install new Florida Stucco Gem Plaster (Blue Gem) or an equivalent. The finish plaster shall have a smooth and uniform finish. Provide thickness as acceptable to industry standards and to maintain warranty. Install per manufacturer's specifications. Replace all lane tiles, and depth marking tiles on entry steps. All tile colors must match the existing tile color. The new pool surface shall be fully cured to manufacturer's specifications prior to refilling the pool. Provide a 3 -year warranty covering any plaster delamination. Warranty shall cover both material and labor.
