WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS Work of the Contract is for the construction of Villa Lea Lane Sidewalk Connection, at the corner of Dawnridge and Villa Lea Lane. The Work includes all labor, materials, tools, equipment, mobilization, bonding, permits and fees, data, and all necessary administration and construction support services (including those described in the Division 1 and 2 Specifications), required to prepare the Site and successfully fabricate and install the specified signage and Site Development as described in accordance with the Contract Documents. 1. The Work shall consist of, but shall not be limited to, the following Work items: a) Coordinate with utility owners and governing agencies. b) Project Costs (bonding, insurance, general conditions, mobilization, and miscellaneous costs) c) Provide and maintain required traffic control devices. d) General Site Work incl. , but not limited to excavation, fine/rough grading, sand, topsoil complete and in place. e) Apply for and procure all applicable permits from the applicable governing agencies. f) Provide supplemental watering for plant material not covered by automated irrigation system. g) Provide and install solar powered lighting complete and in place h) Provide and install reinforced concrete sidewalks complete and in place. i) Install sidewalk drainage j) Provide and install mulch and compost for existing and proposed planting beds including, but the not limited to, mulch, compost, vegetation removal, rough/fine grading, fertilizers, and miscellaneous, complete and in place. k) Hydromulch and Sodding incl. , but not limited to plan materials, topsoil planting mix, edging, soil/mix additives, staking, and misc. , Complete and in place. 1) Provide Maintenance and Warranties as per specifications for a period of one year from date of Substantial Completion (Warranties only apply to new plant material) m) Any other provision or requirement not listed here but required as part of the Contract Documents.
