The work covered under these specifications consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and of performing all operations in connection with the construction of a 50,000 Gallon Elevated Tank, complete with foundation and in place ready for use as shown on the plans, in strict accordance with these specifications and the applicable drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract along with the American Water Works Association D100 ( Latest Revisions) and the TCEQ "Rules and Regulations for Public Water System.
