Renovation of a library in Medford, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
Preparation of existing roof system and application of Graco S20 series roof coating material to extend the life of the aging roof system. Demolition:Provide labor and materials for: 1) Preparing existing roof for new coatings as needed for proper adhesion of primer and silicone coatings. Wash and approved cleaning solution as specified by manufacturer. 2) Remove debris New Elements Provide labor and materials to: 1) Verify roof surface is properly prepared application of new coating system 2) Apply Gaco LVOC Primer or appropriate primer as needed for proper adhesion. 3) Apply Gaco S20 series White coating system over the entire roof membrane Contractor is responsible for providing lifts, fall protection, permits, and any other equipment or supplies needed to fully complete the roof coating Contractor to provide approximate timeline at time of bid See Gaco sheets listed in Exhibit A in this ITB for additional product information, and application specifications (MR-S20- 38-20, S20 Series, GW-GI-1-3 Adhesion Testing Procedure) Provide detailed job proposal in addition to all required documents listed in this ITB Approximate roof area: 40,500 square feet Question Deadline 09/18/2026 Question submitted to TRAUTMAH@JACKSONCOUNTYOR.GOV Pre-bid walkthrough will held September 15th at 8:30 am or by individual appointment until 2:00pm on September 22nd.
