Description

The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and transportation necessary to maintain six elevators in a continuously safe, reliable, and satisfactory operating condition. Services include recurring monthly maintenance, required inspections and testing, periodic testing, and non-recurring on-demand repair services. The Contractor is responsible for maintaining elevator operations in accordance with the American Society of Mechanical Engineers Safety Code for Elevators and Escalators (ASME A17 series), the Performance Work Statement (PWS), and all applicable state, local, and federal laws and regulations.
