The contract comprises refurbishment works on the old courthouse in L'Assomption. The contractor must provide the labour, machinery and all materials required to complete the architectural and structural works described in the plans and specifications issued for the tender, prepared by Studio Affleck de la Riva Inc., DWN Consultants (structure) and Environnement S-AIR (decontamination), including but not limited to: Installation/replacement of guttering Repair/replacement of roof ridges, flashings and cornices Replacement of the existing roof Installation of roof humps around the chimneys Repair/replacement of doors and windows Masonry works Any other works identified in relation to the structure and decontamination The works also include all ancillary works necessary to complete the project in accordance with the plans and specifications.
