McEnturff Survey (Abstract 340),and the Joseph M.H. Chisholm Survey (Abstract 105), Lots 1R-4R, Block A of the Terrell High School Replat, in the City of Terrell, Kaufman County, Texas, as Kaufman County CAD; Property ID 3913, 3914, 10274, 0723, 53159 and 10277. The Construction Plat is being presented as an addition and renovations project that will provide a new Library/Media center, Cafeteria and Kitchen, a new Band Hall that will also serve as storm shelter, new administration suite, and multiple renovations to support and expand programs. These improvement are part of the 2025 Bond Referendum which passed in May 2025. Staff has reviewed the proposed addition and has determined that it meets the City of Terrell standards and ordinances.
