The work to be constructed primarily consists of three separate pressurized potable water pipelines, and their connections to existing pipelines: the Matthews Pipeline, the Watson Pipeline, and the Romoland Feeder Extension. The Matthews Pipeline extends from the southern side of the intersection of Antelope Road and Ethanac Road northward to the future Antelope and Watson II Booster Pump Station near the intersection of Antelope Road and Watson Road in the City of Menifee, CA. On this alignment, the Matthews Pipeline crosses the Metrolink right-of-way and SR-74/Caltrans rightof-way. The southern end of the Matthews Pipeline branches into three smaller pipelines which connect to existing water pipelines along Ethanac Road. The Watson Pipeline extends from the future Antelope and Watson II Booster Pump Station near the intersection of Antelope Road and Watson Road to the existing Watson Road Booster Pump Station site in the City of Menifee, CA. The Romoland Feeder Extension extends from the future Antelope and Watson II Booster Pump Station near the intersection of Antelope Road and Watson Road to the existing Romoland Feeder within Antelope Road. The work comprises construction of approximately 3,000 linear feet of 36-inch diameter welded steel pipe (Matthews Pipeline) and its associated branching pipelines (approximately 300 total linear feet of 30-inch, 20-inch, and 12-inch pipelines); approximately 7,200 linear feet of 30-inch diameter welded steel pipe (Watson Pipeline); and approximately 200 linear feet of 36-inch diameter welded steel pipe (Romoland Feeder Extension). The Matthews Pipeline requires a trenchless crossing of the Metrolink right-of-way and SR-74/Caltrans right-of-way. The Watson Pipeline requires the installation of approximately 210 linear feet of 24-inch diameter welded steel pipe, and relocation of approximately 20 linear feet of 18-inch diameter welded steel pipe, in and near Menifee Road.
