Demolition, site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Midland, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a 9,500-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
New Encore Academy Building including site utilities and improvements. Light demolition and renovation of existing locker room space and demolition of (10) existing tennis courts to be replaced by (3) new tennis courts. As of August 31, 2026, this project is in final planning with the Midland Independent School District (ISD). An architect has been selected, and general contractor bidding is anticipated to occur within the next 30 days. While a firm construction timeline has not yet been established, construction is not expected to begin prior to December 2026.
