Architect-Engineer (A/E) design and project phasing services are required to support the consolidation and renovation of exterior suites within the Frances Perkins Building. Services include conducting an existing conditions survey and report, providing architectural and engineering design and planning services, developing design documents covering architectural, interior design, furniture, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire and life safety disciplines, preparing a project phasing plan, and producing construction procurement documentation including specifications and cost estimates. Optional services may include construction procurement assistance, construction administration, and project management support. The work is intended to support the renovation and consolidation of OSHA workspace while addressing factors such as historical or dated infrastructure, asbestos mitigation considerations, daylight access, energy conservation, and phased renovation planning. Period of Performance: The work must be completed within 12 months from the date of award. Construction Procurement Assistance and Management Services will be optional services, and the performance period will be established when exercised. It will not exceed 12 months.
