Renovation of an educational facility in Chicago, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Replacement of boiler burner #3. Deadline to submit Questions Aug 26th 2026, 12:30 PM CDT Disconnect and remove the existing old burner. Provide and install a new Webster burner properly sized for boiler#3 . New burner will meet CPS specifications. Fabricate and weld a burner plate at boiler to accept new burner. Wire up new burner and perform a factory start up. Contractor to secure necessary permits. Contractor to field verify dimensions and specifics of all projects listed above before placing bid. Not responsible for contractor errors as a result of non-field verification. Materials and installation must comply with CPS Standards and Specifications as listed below Secure job site overnight if work is not completed in one day. If building or CPS properties are damaged during construction, contractor to replace and/or repair as necessary. o Provide necessary labor and materials to fix/correct issues preventing any or all of the projects to be marked as completed. All work shall be coordinated with the Board authorized representatives to complete in an agreed upon time frame. Question Deadline 09/04/2026 All questions/requests must be received two (2) business days prior to bid closing
