Construction of a new downtown soccer stadium. The Project is comprised of a new USL Soccer Stadium in Omaha, Nebraska for the Union Omaha Soccer Club, together with the onsite enabling infrastructure to support the same. More specifically the stadium is to be soccer (Men's & Women's) focused with the ability to host events, concerts and championship games. The stadium is comprised of approximately 5,600 stadium seats with spectator amenities including suites and indoor club lounge, integrated administration offices and training rooms, team store, permanent restrooms and concessions and LED video board ("Project") Question Deadline 09/09/2026 at 3:00 PM CT Any questions regarding the RFP or selection process must be submitted electronically.
