Site work for a water / sewer project in New Braunfels, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction of approximately 5,700 linear feet of 8-inch to 12-inch watermain piping by open cut and trenchless methods, installation of a pressure reducing valve, groutfill abandonment of existing piping, traffic control, storm water pollution prevention, and restoration. The Project will be located along: (i) generally at the intersection of River Road and Loop 337, (ii) along Rock Street from River Road to Loop 337, and (iii) along Lakeview Boulevard from NBU Water Plant to River Road, in New Braunfels, Texas. Question Submission Deadline: September 15, 2026, 3:00pm Questions regarding this RFP or the services requested must be sent to the Purchasing Manager at purchasing@nbutexas.com NBU shall not answer any questions submitted after 3:00 PM CT, September 15th, 2026. Each proposal must be accompanied by an approved Bid Bond in the amount of fivepercent (5%) of the proposal cost, payable to NBU without recourse, as a guarantee respondent will enter into a contract at the stated price. The successful respondent must execute 100% performance and payment bonds on the forms provided, within ten (10) days after the contract has been awarded The projected completion date is estimated to be two hundred seventy (270) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed date.
