Replace all flashing, including valleys and roof edge. Flash and counterflash chimneys. Kickout flashing where flashing terminates at side walls. Color choice by owner. Vent as required by ICC code. Install shingle-over ridge vent. Clean and dispose of all exterior debris generated by roof tear-off and replacement.
