The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and services necessary to maintain elevators at the identified facilities. The work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work and includes all inspections, maintenance, repairs, testing, and associated services required to ensure the elevators remain fully operational throughout the 12-month service period. Contractors are expected to examine the scope of work, conduct a site visit, take field measurements and evaluations as necessary, and become familiar with existing conditions that may affect contract performance. Location: USCG Base Galveston, 3000 Fort Point Road, Galveston, TX 77550; and Sector Houston-Galveston, 13411 Hillard Street, Houston, TX 77034. All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist at jeremy.l.lundberg@uscg.mil no later than September 2 2026, 12:00 pm CST or the question may not be answered. Scope of Work: The contractor shall complete all work assigned, but not limited to, the requirements within this scope listed in sub-section B. Work scope is to include, but not limited to the inspection and maintenance of the two Otis Gen 2 elevators at Sector Houston Galveston, three ThyssenKrupp vertical passenger elevators and one Courion freight elevator, and their equipment.
