Provision of resident engineering inspection services for component rehabilitation of nine bridges located in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens. The agency's goals and objectives for this RFP are to have Resident Engineering Inspection Services for Rehabilitation of 9 Bridges in the Boroughs of the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens to be performed by the Consultant in order to ensure that the work of the Contractor conforms to the provisions of the contract documents as stipulated in the Proposed Contractual Agreement & Resident Engineering Inspection Instruction Manual. The selected consultant will be required to provide REI services throughout the duration of the project (i.e., pre construction, construction and post-construction services). The selected consultant will be required to provide all services necessary and required for the inspection, management, coordination and administration of the Project, from commencement through substantial completion, final acceptance, and project close-out Questions Deadline: 8/12/2026; No later than 5:00 PM
