Woodland Hills School District is requesting proposals from qualified audio and video integrators to furnish and install a complete turnkey auditorium audio and video system at Edgewood Elementary STEAM Academy, 241 Maple Avenue, Edgewood, Pennsylvania 15218. The project shall include all equipment, labor, engineering, mounting hardware, cabling, programming, configuration, testing, training, documentation, cleanup, and incidental materials required to provide a complete and fully operational system . The District will reuse the existing projection screen. The awarded vendor shall field verify the screen dimensions, screen condition, aspect ratio, mounting, viewing geometry, and compatibility with the proposed projection system during the mandatory site walkthrough. Existing Conditions and Key Design Criteria o Room type: Auditorium. o Approximate projector to screen throw distance: 67 feet. The vendor shall field verify the actual lens to screen distance before final equipment selection. o Existing projection screen: To remain and be reused. o Presentation source: District supplied laptop. o Presentation connection : HDMI connection located on the stage. o Staff control: Simple wall mounted control interface for system power, source selection, audio volume, and mute functions. o Microphones: Professional handheld microphones. The base proposal shall include four wireless handheld microphone systems, with optional pricing for two additional wireless handheld systems. The District will reuse the existing projection screen. The awarded vendor shall field verify the screen dimensions, screen condition, aspect ratio, mounting, viewing geometry, and compatibility with the proposed projection system during the mandatory site walkthrough. Vendors are responsible for taking all measurements and identifying all field conditions that may affect pricing, equipment selection, installation methods, access, electrical requirements, network requirements, rigging, cabling, and project schedule.
