The realignment will include relocating an existing 15kV breaker and replacing two steel switch stands. The Contractor will be responsible for the draining and removal of the transformer; removal of the transformer pad; removal of the breaker, switch stands, and associated foundations ; removal of a section of cable trench; and installation of the new oil containment system, transformer, breaker, steel structures, GOABS, and associated foundations , including the lifting of the new transformer from a temporary pad and placement on the permanent pad.
