Site work for a municipal facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
**As of September 17th, 2026 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, supervision, and transportation required for replacing the exit gate. Contractor is also responsible for properly disposing of all materials that have been removed from this project. o Gate must meet UL325 compliant. o Remove existing gate, post, electrical box and hydraulic supply lines concrete & asphalt, chain link fence. o Install a new 24ft chain link double swing gate to match existing height. o Set new 6inch gate post, 6ga. 2inch mesh chain link infilled, 2inch sch-40 round galvanized frame, with heavy duty greaseable hinges. o Install (3) rows of barbed wire on top of new gate. o Pour new concrete pad for new operators. o Install 2-HDSW24UL gate operators with battery backup. o Install in ground safety loops & exit loops, photo eye, LIFTMASTER 1300libs.
