Scope of Work: The Commission seeks to have a machinery shed style building built at 1219 Kings Rd. Schenectady, NY 12303 that meets the following parameters: Width of 30ft and length of 60ft, 70ft, or 80ft priced accordingly. The final size of the building is up to the discretion of the Commission after reviewing prices. The rear of the building will be no less than 8 ft tall and no more than 10 ft tall Siding, roofing, and trim of 29ga steel that is backed with a 40 year minimum warranty. This will match the green and creme color scheme of existing structures at 1219 Kings Rd.
