The work to be performed or executed under these specifications consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the contract documents to construct the above stated project. 5003 sq ft senior center renovation with an existing building. Construction documents service Finalize the remodel design senior center and restroom including all equipments schedules, finish schedules to be installed within the improved area Prepare detailed construction documents in gmep's standard format and level of detail, suitable for obtaining a a ebuilding permit from the local building department and/or governing authority. Address and respond to plan check corrections from the authority Having jurisdictions (ahj) related to gmep's scope of work to assist in obtaining plan check approval Provide construction documents in PDF format. Update and provide specifications, confirm the document Final size and space requirements for all new equipment Construction administration services during bidding Provide interpretations, clarifications, and supplemental documentation for the construction documents to support gmep's design intent. Respond to pre-bid inquiries from prospective bidders regarding gmep's construction documents and specifications. Review shop drawings, submittals and samples furnished by the contractor, adhering to industry-standard protocol Respond to contractor's requests for information (rfis) to ensure clarity and alignment with the construction documents.
