Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Saugeen Shores, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 40,500-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Shared School Purchasing Services, on behalf of Bluewater District School Board (BWDSB), invites bids from prequalified General Contractors for the construction of a new JK-6 Community School in Port Elgin, Ontario. This is an invitational tender. Only General Contractors that were successfully prequalified through RFSQ 26-00056, Prequalification of General Contractors are eligible to submit a bid. Bids received from firms that were not prequalified through the RFSQ process will not be considered. The new building is intended to start construction October 2026 and must achieve occupancy by June 1, 2028 and be ready for students for the beginning of the school year in September 2028. Masonry, Mechanical and Electrical Subcontractors are prequalified as well.
