Hite Treatment Facility (RWHTF) - 6450 York Street Denver, CO Treats an average of 130 million gallons per day (MGD) Capacity to treat 220 MGD Northern Treatment Plant (NTP) - 51 Baseline Road, Brighton, CO O Treats an average of 12 MGD O Capacity to treat 28.8 MGD METROGRO Farm - Elbert and Arapahoe Counties, CO 52,000 dryland farm and pasture acres Approximately 33,500 dry tons of Class B biosolids are beneficially reused per year Transmission System (Metro owned) 251 miles of interceptors 3 lift stations Odor control facilities, metering facilities, and other associated appurtenances. The CMAR Contract scope is summarized as follows: The Project includes demolishing the existing WMS men's and women's locker rooms and a portion of the warehouse to construct approximately 9,500 square feet of expanded modern facilities. The WMS building houses 85 staff and will remain occupied during construction. The Contractor must coordinate the Work to minimize operational disruptions and provide temporary, functional restroom and shower facilities for staff throughout the Project. Key Project components include the following: Demolition: o Remove existing men's and women's locker, shower and restroom facilities. Demolish one storage closet and a designated section of the existing warehouse. New Construction & Layout Build larger men's and women's locker, shower and restroom facilities that will expand into the existing warehouse. Construct single-user restroom with shower and a dedicated wellness room. Create operational support spaces: laundry room, uniform storage, general storage, janitor closet, and a boot wash station. Core Infrastructure Upgrades o Structural: Execute structural modifications required for new layout. o Mechanical: Revise mechanical ducting and install upgraded air handling systems. o Plumbing: Install new water heaters, complete piping networks, and commercial grade plumbing fixtures.
