The Mystic & Noank Library Landscape Master Plan Phase 1 work consists of: Installation and maintenance of construction entrance and erosion and sediment controls, clearing and grubbing, selective demolition, site lighting; underground conduits and sleeves, catch basin top, area drain & stormwater piping; asphalt paving; precast concrete curbing; exposed aggregate concrete sidewalks; concrete stairs, stone stairs on concrete; dry laid stone walls; metal handrails; native tree; shrub and perennial plantings; as shown and described in the Contract Documents. Creation of universally accessible paths and parking including sediment and erosion controls, construction fencing, demolition of pavements and curbing, clearing and grubbing, earthwork, concrete sidewalks, precast concrete curbing, site lighting, underground conduits and sleeves, and plantings. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond.
