The objective of this project is to develop 30% engineered design plans for Time Check Park and a portion of the Riverfront Park (between the C&NW Railway and I-380) as concepted by the City's Greenway Parks Plan. The Consultant will advance the Greenway Parks Plan concepts into preliminary engineering, ensuring consistency with City Plans, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. The project will support the City's goal of delivering a resilient and accessible riverfront park that aligns with ongoing flood control investments and positions the project for future funding opportunities.
