The SERVICE PROVIDER must set unit prices for all the work required for all the facilities within a single lot, i.e. those described in clause 3.1 and specified in Appendix 5. The SERVICE PROVIDER must also provide unit prices per snow removal journey, based on the type of lorry, for any excess snow removal not provided for in that same appendix. These unit prices are fixed for each year of the contract. The SERVICE PROVIDER may submit a bid for any one of the eleven (11) lots or for all of the lots, depending on its operational capacity. However, the Service Provider must provide a price for all facilities within a single lot as well as for the TWO (02) years of the contract (see Appendix 3 for the price schedule), taking into account the guidelines in Appendix 5. Each lot is treated individually and is the subject of a separate contract. Contracts are awarded to the lowest compliant bidder per lot.
