Drawings and specification to be issued for review and issued for tender; o Prepare construction cost estimate.Phase 2 (Optional): Follow on Engineering Support During Construction (2027 or 2028) The repair of the intake contraction joints will be executed by a construction contractor and managed by Company. The work is planned to occur within the 2027 or 2028 construction season (June 1 to September 31 ). The Consultant's work scope shall include tender and construction support, and as-built and close out documentation as follows: . Tender support including responding to queries from bidders; o Issue drawings and technical specification for construction/use (PEng stamped); Construction support including the review of shop drawings and product submittals, respond to queries during construction, resolve technical issues and conduct site visits as required (allow for 3 site visits) to inspect the construction work; o Issue the drawings as-built (PEng stamped) based on Contractor redline markup of design drawings and final as-built survey. All personnel heading to Company sites will require WHMIS and First Aid training.
